Rhythm and Melodies Celebrates 74th India Independence Day

These are the people that serve us with the most basic human need – Food. Brave in the face of  being broken down by nature and man equally!
We hope the children who seek education , the men who commit suicide due to shame of not being able to to provide their families are helped with these efforts on the ground on these issues.

The COVID-battered rural regions of Maharashtra are devastated further by the cyclone that hit Konkan region, which occupies the west coast of Maharashtra.

This region was hit with winds up to 120 kmph and was accompanied by very heavy rainfall.

The cyclone ravaged large parts of the region .Almost all houses and shelters across the region have been affected with roofs blown off and substantial damage to houses and property .

Trees uprooted caused damage to road infrastructure and also to crops and fields. This comes as a major blow to the region which has already been affected by Corona.
Most of the people in the area will not be able to pay for the repairs to their houses and property because they have already been made redundant or are from a poor background.

R & M partners with HOPE B~Lit, the money collected will be used for emergency repairs, fixing damaged  homes and village infrastructure as well as rebuilding people’s livelihood.
